Max (Masayuki) Kawagishi (川岸 正幸) is a service product manager working for NTT Docomo Business, Inc.

He was born on May 15, 1973, in Kobe, Japan, and was moved with his family to Nishinomiya, Japan, when he was three. Graduated from Osaka University in 1996, he attended the Graduate School of Engineering, where he received the Master’s degree in 1998. His research interest included land mobile communications systems.

In April 1998, he started his career at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT). In 1999, he was hired by NTT Communications Corporation, where he primarily engaged in system development, service operations, deployment, and service management for the company’s voice services, including Arcstar UCaaS, Arcstar IP Voice, TeleDome, and COTOHA Voice Insight.
